Should I already have all the content ready when we start work?
Of course, it is ideal if you already have professional photos/videos and texts for your offer. In the intro call, we can look together at what you already have and what you still need. I have also developed a questionnaire for this that contains everything you need. For other marketing services such as logo design or photos, I have a great network of experts who can support you here and to whom I will be happy to put you in touch.
Which platform do you use to create the websites?
I am a big fan of Squarespace and have created all my websites with this tool so far, as it is not only innovative and intuitive, but also offers the most design options. After handing over your website, you can work independently in this tool and make changes. Squarespace offers full design control, SEO capabilities as well as seamless integrations and all the necessary tools.
Can I also come to you with an existing website?
Moving from other website tools is no problem and I have already done this. The advantage is that your "old" website can stay live until the final new design. As soon as everything is ready, we can take the previous site offline and go live with the refresh.
Do I have to log in or register somewhere before our intro call?
No, we do it all together in consultation. This also ensures that there are no problems with access and editing rights. So you don't need to do anything in advance.

Should I already have a domain before we start working together?
If you would like to secure your desired domain in advance, you can of course do so. In this case, we can connect the domain with the Squarespace tool or even transfer it. For most domain combinations (there are exceptions, especially for .ch), we can also order the domain together via Squarespace so that it is directly integrated and everything is conveniently handled via a tool. The hosting costs are then already included.
How long does it take to create a website?
This is of course highly individual. Depending on your wishes and ideas, but also in terms of the scope of the website. For example, whether a store is required or additional tools (e.g. for making appointments) are to be used. And also whether you already have all the elements for the creation ready. But with a normal order situation, it is possible that you will receive your final website within 4-8 weeks after the 1st intro call.
What is included in your website design packages?
We also discuss this very precisely in the first calls so that you know exactly what costs you will incur and what you can expect. Generally speaking, you don't have to worry about anything - it's a kind of all-inclusive package. However, I am of course dependent on your input and feedback. I can still make small changes for you within 30 days of the final handover of the websites. However, the training you receive at the end will enable you to do this yourself.
How much does it cost to create a website?
We look at your wishes and ideas individually. There is a basic flat rate for the website design. The final offer will depend on the additional work and other tools required. My work not only involves a great deal of creativity and attention to detail, but also conceptual input and, in particular, technical components such as SEO integration, tracking, cookie banners and links.
